This journey began with my own fight against discrimination and the devastating realization that the laws and policies I believed would shield me from discrimination were little more than a facade. I have experienced firsthand how overwhelming and intimidating it is to speak up when no one else will and how devastating it is to be left unsupported by those you trusted. Now I see the only way forward is to start a movement to empower employees, amplify their voices, and challenge systemic inequities in the workplace in order to create a better future for us all.
